This project involved the Design and Build of a 2,500m² Jobs and Benefits Office in Strabane, Northern Ireland. The Design Team developed the project from Exemplar Design to Detail Design to provide 2 storeys of accommodation comprising High Standard Offices, Entrance Plaza, Reception Area, Dining Facilities and Computer Access Floors.
